LOKI’S LETTER
“TRUST THE LOKI” IS A PHRASE I USED ON ONE OF THE EPISODES ON MASTErCHEF AUSTRALIA in 2018 WHICH HAS TAKEN ON A LIFE ON IT’S OWN SINCE THEN. IT HAS BECOME A PRACTISE OF BELIEVING IN MYSELF AND MY DREAMS and providing that support and trust to others through my fellowship program, my food retreats and community pop-ups and collaborations.
I HAVE STRUGGLED WITH LOW SELF ESTEEM MY WHOLE LIFE AND HAVE RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SEVERE DYSLEXIA AND DYSGRAPHIA AND THROUGH MY OWN LIFE EXPERIENCE I HAVE LEARNT THe importance of building an inclusive and safe space to thrive. trust the loki is a social enterprise that aspires to create inclusive, equitable and collaborative culinary communities. if these values resonate with you, come join our communitY.
